They include Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning, Foundation, Roof, Exterior, Interior Room by Room review, Fireplaces, Built-in Appliances and more. Pool and Spa Inspection: A complete Pool and/or Spa inspection includes an evaluation of the pool, spa, and equipment. This includes pool and spa surfaces, surrounding decks, drainage, pumps, heaters, lights and other related equipment. Other Related Services: Additional services that may be available include testing for Mold or Mildew, Air and Water quality testing, and testing for Lead or Abestos in the home. These additional services may not be available in every instance, as individual inspectors must be trained and qualified in each area for proper testing.
