This means that your maximum commission is 4%, instead of the industry standard 6% commission. AND if I also represent the buyer in your transaction, then your total commission will be just 1.5%!
- EXAMPLE: Your house sells for $1,000,000, then you will keep anywhere from $20,000 to $45,000 of YOUR PROFIT. Keeping Your Equity is my goal!
